Course Three:
Coriander dusted Pork Chop with Figs, Almonds and Goat Cheese served with a roasted Cauliflower Puree

Wine:Tres Picos Garnacha

Course Four:
Rum Custard Sponge cake with Cinnamon Whipped Cream and a Golden Raisin Sauce
